Whooo-hoooo!! Thanks so much for taking the time to enter this recipe. My partner and I both enjoyed it tremendously, and I may have to consider a cornbread-only cast iron skillet very soon. The crust was perfectly crunchy, while the rest of the cornbread was tender and moist. I usually manage only one slice with lots of butter, but tonight I really overdid it with two huge slices, the second with no butter at all. Not everybody can throw and catch, I guess, but she was sweet and the meal was good.
